I first became involved with pearls more than twenty years ago while working on a documentary film about the early days of cultured pearl farming in southern China. It was love at first sight, and I have been going back frequently to those pearl farms ever since.
Over the years, I have built a large stock of pearls and made many good friends in the industry. I’ve sharpened my eye for quality and developed my own aesthetic preferences.
Now, as a jewelry designer, I work with the extensive collection of pearls gathered over the years at my studio in Northern California.
My work has been received warmly across North America, Europe and Asia. My aim is to reveal a fresh, intriguing look from within this ancient, long-venerated gem.
Thank you & enjoy!
